Call2Me is a Voice AI platform that enables users to create and manage AI-powered voice agents. The Service includes:

  • Voice AI agent creation and management
  • Real-time voice conversations
  • Speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing
  • Call recording and transcription
  • API access for integrations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

Call2Me operates on a pay-as-you-go model:

  • You must add funds to your wallet before using paid features
  • Usage fees are deducted from your balance in real-time
  • All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
  • Wallet balances are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal robocalling or telemarketing

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. Call2Me retains ownership of the platform, software, and related intellectual property.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call2Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
